Junior Business Development Manager / China
pubNative is a mobile publisher platform that serves scalable and flexible native ads via ApI for apps and mobile web. The platform’s programmatic exchange gives publishers access to more than 400 demand partners worldwide. pubNative’s US patent-pending eCpM maximization algorithm optimizes yield for publishers through machine learning patterns and predictive behavior analysis. The platform additionally offers publishers numerous ad delivery and targeting features as well as extensive inventory management tools. Its publisher-first approach focuses on the specific needs of each publisher across all verticals to create seamless, non-intrusive and highly performing ad integrations. The company is headquartered in Berlin with offices in San Francisco, Beijing and Seoul.
Responsibilities:
You identify, build, and manage your own pipeline of app publishers to integrate pubNatives ApI
You intensify existing relations with key contacts to create long lasting partnerships with pubNative
You support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events
You create status reports, performance analysis and forecasts
You support CN team in other related areas if required
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree, preferably from a top University
One year minimum experience in sales / business development in the mobile (advertising) industry required
Strong understanding of current trends, patterns, and events in mobile marketing industry
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.

工作职责
根据公司业务发展需求,拓展,整合开发者渠道资源
维护,深化与合作伙伴的客户关系,优化业务模式,提高合作效率与质量
协助支持公司对外活动的准备工作,代表公司参加展会等活动
分析跟踪移动广告行业趋势以及具体业务报告,并提出可行性方案和建议
任职要求
大学本科以上学历,良好的英文听说读写能力
至少一年相关行业经验,对移动广告行业有一定了解
具有创业精神,团队协作精神,责任感以及较强的执行力
