HR Intern for HRBp and Site HR Team
Your responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
A. HR Basic Affairs Coordination andfollow-up 人力资源基础工作协调跟进(30%)
Coordinate with SSC to support HR basicaffairs and ensure all process timely and accuracy in system: new employee enrollment, labor contract, probation, movement and resignation.
与人力资源共享服务中心协作,完成基础人事工作:新员工入职,劳动合同和试用期管理、人事调动、离职等
B. HR Tasks and projects participation人力资源工作任务和项目的参与(30%)
1.Cooperatein projectsor tasksin HR field if any,include, but are not limited to:e.g. HR related analysis in line with requests, performance Management, talents management and development, employee relationship affairs etc.
参与HR范围内开展的相关工作或项目,包括但不限于以下,例如根据需求进行各类人力资源分析,
绩效管理,人才管理和发展,员工关系事务等
2.Involveexit interview and Analyze employee turn-overand main reasonsand provide appropriate suggestion to retain talent
参与离职访谈,分析离职原因,提供适合的建议以争取有价值员工的留用
C. Data verificationand Maintenance人力资源数据维护和更新(25%)
1.Maintain and update the HR Database periodically and prepare relevant information/data for HR projects
定期维护和更新人事信息,准备相关的信息数据,支持各种人力资源项目
2.Manage HR files anddocuments
归档并管理HR相应文件
3.HR monthly reportand O-chart updatesbased on HRsystem and other reportsrequest
完成人力资源月报和其他相关报告。
D. HR team admin support人力资源团队日常协作(15%)
1.Support HRTeam routine affairs, such as meeting arrangement, HR team calendar maintenance andarrangement,
协助人力资源团队完成日常的人事工作,例如会议安排,部门日历安排及更新
2.Support the coordination with other departmentsfor HR effectiveness.
通过与其他部门的有效沟通和协调,协助HR团队有效运作。
3.Staffing and recruitment related affairs involvementand supports, e.g.Job posting,CV collection and simple screeningandInterview arrangementsetc.
人员配置和招募相关工作的参与和支持,例如:职位发布,建立收集和初步审阅,面试安排等。
4.Ad-hoc assignments or tasks deliveredfrom HRBp
人力资源合作伙伴的其他工作安排
5.Answer questions or offer feedback to internal customers.
